Sleep...

Dear Daughter,

It concerns me the small amount of sleep that you're getting. Lack of sleep has multiple health implications. so let me suggestion based on research, the following:

1. The body "healing hormones" are released between the hours of 10pm and 2am, so you might want to sleep your 4 hours a night at those hours.

2. The hours slept before midnight are equal to 2 hours slept after midnight. so in other words sleeping from 8pm to midnight is the equivelant to sleeping midnight to 8am. The quality and benefit of sleep is tiwce as good slept in the hours before midnight.
