Dear Daughter,
Yesterday I was reading inside the truck after work when a hungry McKenzie (the cat) was trying to get my attention. I saw her jump on the hood and just as soon as she was up she was back down on the ground. Then I remembered McKenzie couldn't get any traction on the hood because I had waxed the hood, so those soft pads could only slide downward. It was so funny....!
Yesterday was so hot and humid..... so miserable, so after Mom left for work I went and finished exploring the headstones. I ran across Aunt Dolly's grave-all the dead flowers were still there on top of the dirt. the Boonya and Deda gravestone was covered with residual dirt from the Aunt Dolly burial. Then I visited another cemetery, it was started in 1868, so it has some people buried in there who were born in the 1810's. Some of the gravestones were broken or pushed over on its side. Some of the "poor" gravesones looked like someone had scratched the names and date on, like when kids write their names in fresh cement. the "poor" gravestones must have been made from cement.
Love you,
Dad

Oh my. He goes graveyard-exploring?
He does indeed... I think it's a hobby, among many others... :P
